Laconiko Olive Oil Wins Gold as 'World's Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil'!

As a major producer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, many extra virgin olive oil competitions are held annually. Recently, Laconiko’s most popular products, Laconiko EVOO, Laconiko Olio Nuovo, and Laconiko KAMBOS, won awards at The NYIOOC World Olive Oil Competition (the world's largest and most prestigious olive oil quality competition), marking their seventh consecutive year of winning awards.

Furthermore, Laconiko also entered the Leone D'Oro dei Mastri Oleari International Olive Oil Competition, held in Verona, Italy, which is considered the most stringent EVOO competition in the olive industry, determining the "world's best Extra Virgin Olive Oil." This competition, which has been running since 1987, has strict evaluation criteria. This year, only five Greek olive oils passed the preliminary round and won gold medals. Amidst such rigorous judging, two of Laconiko’s products, Laconiko Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Laconiko Olio Nuovo, received the highly prestigious award of "One of The World’s Best Extra Virgin Olive Oils." The staff at our US headquarters, as well as the Japan, Korea, and China branches of Laconiko Asia, are delighted to have reached the pinnacle of the 2020 olive industry, selected from the world's finest olive oils.
