The 1st Generation

The 1st generation of the Pierrakos family, Vasilis Pierrakos first began olive farming in Skala, Laconia, Greece.

The 2nd Generation

The 2nd generation, Diamantis Pierrakos continued to farm olives in succession to the family business.

The 3rd Generation

The 3rd generation, Vasilios Pierrakos took over the family business.

Diamantis, Dino, and Vince founded a company "Mediterranean Brothers Co., Ltd." together.

The 4th Generation

The 4th generation, Diamantis and Dino, decided to actively participate in their olive farm management in Greece.

Pierrakos family decided to sell their olive oil in the U.S. Vasilios and Diamatis had bottled their very first batch.

Diamantis and Dino had officially found OUR FAMILY’S OLIVE OIL LLC, which would eventually become the Laconiko Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand.

Laconiko got the first international medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.

Laconiko got the first Gold medal at the Los Angeles International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.

Laconiko got the first Gold medal at the New York International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition.

Laconiko got the first Gold medal at Oil China Competition.

Laconiko got the first Best in Greece at Athena International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition and the first Gold medal at Olive Japan.

Laconiko got the first Gold Medal at Japan Olive Oil Prize and the first Gold medal at Mediterranean International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition in Israel.

Laconiko established Laconiko Asia Team leading by Vince Wei as Operations Asia / Crew Leader.

Laconiko Asia formed Japan Team at Tokyo.

Laconiko Asia formed Taiwan Team at Taipei.

Laconiko Asia formed Korea Team at Seoul.

Laconiko has gotten 148 awards from the world’s most prestigious and competitive contests in the United States, Italy, Israel, Japan, Spain and China.

Laconiko Asia Team is planning to launch the Laconiko olive oils in Japan and Korea first and will expand to other Asia countries.
