Our Platinum Balsamic Vinegar is made from 100% grape must, carefully sourced from the Modena region of Emilia-Romagna, Italy. We use the local Lambrusco and Trebbiano grape varieties, slowly cooked down and then aged in fine wooden barrels made of oak, mulberry, chestnut, and juniper, allowing it to mature into a rich, sweet, and complex vinegar. This long-aged balsamic vinegar carries the aroma of the barrels, offering a superb balance of sweetness and acidity. It pairs wonderfully with fruits, salads, and meat dishes, and is also recommended drizzled over cheese or ice cream.
